Senior Software Engineer - Hybrid (Chennai)

We are growing our India engineering team to support exciting upcoming client engagements across a variety of industries. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll work with modern technologies to build scalable applications, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native solutions for our consulting clients.

• →Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems
• →Build and maintain data pipelines and event-driven applications
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver technical solutions
• →Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• →Participate in architecture discussions and technical design
• →Review code and mentor other engineers
• →Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance
• →Work across multiple technology stacks depending on client needs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar to improve software development workflows, code quality, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills
• Experience building scalable production applications
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and work with new technologies
