Lead Business Analyst (Pega)

💼 Experience: 12+ years in Business Analysis | 9+ years in Pega BA

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst (Pega) to drive requirements quality, backlog management, and delivery readiness across a major public sector transformation programme.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backlog grooming, scope definition, and delivery prioritisation.
• Develop high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct customer/citizen journey mapping and identify cross-team process gaps.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams.
• Manage requirements traceability and compliance.
• Facilitate workshops and drive consensus across multiple suppliers and delivery teams.
• Assess scope feasibility and delivery readiness across Agile workstreams.

✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile environments.
• 9+ years of hands-on Pega Business Analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability.
• Experience in large-scale public sector transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

🎓 Required Certifications:

• Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
