Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is responsible for the end-to-end management of freight movement, ensuring loads are planned, executed, and delivered efficiently while maximizing equipment utilization and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a fast-paced, decision-driven role that requires strong operational awareness, communication, and the ability to proactively solve problems as they arise.

• →Minimum 3+ years of dispatch experience in the transportation industry
• →Strong understanding of flat deck and LTL operations
• →Exposure to over-dimensional freight is considered an asset (not required)
• →Experience sourcing freight through load boards and customer networks
• →Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. transportation regulations
• →Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• →Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• →High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• →Experience with Axon and Microsoft Office
• →Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues
