Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Electrical Focus)
Location: Greater Rochester, NY (onsite)
Pay Rate: $28–$39/hour (based on experience) + overtime + profit sharing
Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance and advanced troubleshooting, with a strong focus on electrical diagnostics
- Support the relocation and setup of 12+ robotic cells, including running conduit, wiring, and system integration
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment: CNC machines, robotic welders, press brakes, lasers, automated systems, and more
- Partner with machine operators to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Work across multiple manufacturing environments, gaining exposure to a highly diverse equipment portfolio
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in uptime, efficiency, and reliability
- Collaborate with a tight-knit maintenance team during a critical company growth phase
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $28–$39/hour depending on experience and level
- Overtime: Significant OT available, especially during facility transition (60+ hours/week initially, tapering as operations stabilize)
- Bonus: Profit sharing (~5% of annual salary, performance and company goals dependent)

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting skills (480v experience)
- Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience
- Experience working with industrial equipment such as CNC machines, robotics, or automated systems
- Ability to read schematics, troubleshoot systems, and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment (especially during facility transition)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with operators and team members
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley), automation, or robotics
- Technical degree or certifications
Additional Details:
- This is an onsite role in the Greater Rochester, NY area
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available
