Physical Therapist

We're partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing outpatient rehabilitation organization serving coastal Virginia communities. With demand continuing to increase and patient schedules booked weeks in advance, we're seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) and/or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a highly respected team known for exceptional patient care, strong clinical mentorship, and an outstanding workplace culture.

The organization is currently expanding and investing in its future, including the development of a new state-of-the-art rehabilitation center that will further enhance patient care and clinical resources.

Compensation & Perks:

Compensation

• PT: $45+/hour with flexibility for the right candidate
• PT Assistant: $30-$35/hour
• Bonus opportunities available and open for discussion
• Relocation assistance up to $5,000

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, clinic hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends!
  
• Dedicated administrative time included daily!
• Opportunity to work from a primary clinic location or split time between nearby clinics based on preference and location

Requirements:

Physical Therapist (PT)

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain)
• Master's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant License (or ability to obtain)
• New graduates encouraged to apply

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized treatment plans (PT)
• Implement treatment plans and provide hands-on patient care (PTA)
• Treat a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, neurological, sports medicine, post-operative, and general rehabilitation patients
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists, PTAs, physicians, and referral partners
• Build meaningful relationships with patients in a close-knit community setting
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation using Practice Pro EMR
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences while helping individuals regain function, mobility, and independence
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on clinical excellence

Patient Volume:

PTs typically treat 10-12 patients per day

PTAs typically treat 10-14 patients per day

Dedicated administrative time is built into each day to support documentation and patient care planning

This position requires onsite attendance and is not a remote opportunity.
