Our The Mechanical Specialist I performs industrial mechanical and basic electrical repairs to production equipment and systems. This role follows all safety and code requirements and works under the direction of maintenance supervision and/or management. Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm.

Our Woodmill is located in McClure, PA. 

• →Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and support systems.
• →Conduct mechanical repairs and basic electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments.
• →Perform work up to—but not including—adjustments or repairs of computerized controls.
• →Set up and operate equipment requiring basic electrical adjustments.
• →Provide personal hand tools not supplied by the department.
• →Accurately account for all working time.
• →Communicate issues to supervisors and team members.
• →Perform duties safely and professionally.
• →Comply with company policies.
• →Work effectively in a team environment and maintain attendance.
• →Perform other related duties as assigned to support operations and business needs.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 7–10 years related experience 
• Advanced mechanical knowledge with basic electrical proficiency.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment.
• Effective communication skills.
• LOTO Certification.
• Electrical Theory and Applications Training.
• Use required PPE.
