Vice President / Director of Contracts

This is a highly visible leadership position for an accomplished federal contracts executive who brings deep expertise across the full lifecycle of government contracting, including contract administration, regulatory compliance, risk management, negotiations, subcontract management, quality assurance, and contract closeout. 

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned federal contracts professional capable of operating both strategically and tactically within a fast-growing small-business environment. This individual should possess the executive presence and judgment to advise company leadership while remaining sufficiently hands-on to manage complex contractual matters and support program teams throughout the organization.
