- βSupporting carers with holiday requests, availability, and day-to-day queries
- βLiaising with clients and care staff to keep everyone informed
- βTaking part in the out-of-hours on-call rota to help ensure support is available when needed
- βArranging training schedules for new care workers
- βUpdating records and using scheduling systems to keep everything organised
- βWorking closely with managers, recruitment, and compliance teams to support the smooth running of the service.
- Excellent organisational skills
- A confident and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong computer skills
- A positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Experience in scheduling, administration, care, or customer service would be an advantage, but not essential.
