Facilities Technician

• →Assist the Facilities Manager with daily facility and maintenance activities
• →Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance as needed
• →Complete general carpentry work in office and foundry areas
• →Repair and finish drywall; perform painting and patching as required
• →Install lighting fixtures and assist with basic electrical tasks (as qualified)
• →Assemble and install office furniture and fixtures
• →Perform routine facility maintenance, including floor patching and general repairs
• →Maintain compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
• →Support a clean, organized, and safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Clear and effective communication skills with team members and leadership
• Ability to safely perform essential job functions in accordance with Buck Company safety policies
• Motivated, self‑directed professional who takes pride in their work and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable, regular, and punctual attendance
• 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related trade is preferred
• Basic electrical experience is preferred
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
