We are looking for an HSE Specialist – Environment to join our growing team. In this role, you will support environmental compliance, sustainability practices, and environmental management system activities within our operations. You will play an active role in ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, supporting audits, monitoring environmental KPIs, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in line with company standards and policies.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the implementation and follow-up of environmental management systems, procedures, and instructions
- →Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and relevant legal requirements
- →Support environmental permit, license, and EIA processes
- →Monitor waste management activities including waste segregation, temporary storage, and declaration processes
- →Manage environmental data entry and reporting through relevant systems
- →Conduct regular environmental field inspections and support internal/external audits
- →Follow corrective and preventive actions related to environmental non-conformities
- →Support incident investigations related to spills, leakages, and environmental pollution
- →Monitor and report environmental KPIs such as waste, recycling, and emissions data
- →Support carbon emission monitoring and sustainability reporting activities
- →Organize environmental awareness and waste management trainings
- →Coordinate environmental analysis and sampling activities
- →Follow environmental procedures related to chemicals and SDS management
- →Create purchase requisitions for environmental consumables and spare parts through SAP
- →Follow contracts, permits, protocols, and official environmental documentation
- →Work in compliance with occupational health & safety, environment, quality, and information security standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering,
- Environmental Officer Certificate is required,
- 3–5 years of experience in Environment / HSE fields,
- Intermediate level of English,
- Good knowledge of environmental legislation and environmental management systems,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
- Strong communication and coordination skills,
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused mindset,
- Team player with the ability to work in multicultural environments,
- Class B driving license and no travel restrictions,
