Quality Engineer

• QMS Management: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Audit Management: Prepare internal audit schedules, conduct audits, and review reports to ensure compliance.
• Root Cause Analysis: Support investigations into quality issues and non-conformances using tools such as 5-Why and Fishbone (Ishikawa).
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities across warehouse processes to reduce errors, damages, and rework.
• Reporting: Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality performance reports.
• Training: Design and deliver quality-related training sessions for employees.
• Compliance: Ensure all quality data is accurately logged and tracked in relevant systems (e.g., GHSE Tool or equivalent).

• →Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• →Minimum of 3 years in quality engineering within a 3PL, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• →Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for reporting.
• →Certifications (Preferred): ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• →Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• →Comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• →Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• →Ability to provide timely support and feedback to operational teams.

Please note: This role requires working on-site (Hoofddorp) at the office for 4–5 days per week.
