Process Engineer - Rockford Area

• →Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• →Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, improve yields, and reduce waste.
• →Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, flowcharts, and P&IDs.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products and processes into production.
• →Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• →Specify and procure new equipment, ensuring proper integration and performance.
• →Monitor and report on key process performance indicators (KPIs).
• →Provide technical support and training to production personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt certification) for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., ASPEN HYSYS, PRO/II) and process control systems (DCS, PLC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience with Process Simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python)
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., Medical Device, Pharma, Aerospace)
