Production Manager - Portage Area

• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, cost reduction, and quality metrics.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and other production management software.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
