Production Manager - Zeeland Area

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production management, including supervision of personnel.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring quality.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage automation technologies
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Minitab
