Production Supervisor - Wayland Area

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of production employees.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management systems.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
• OSHA 30-hour certification
