Quality Engineer - DeWitt Area

• →Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• →Analyze production processes and identify areas for quality improvement.
• →Investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• →Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• →Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product quality from conception to launch.
• →Utilize statistical methods for process monitoring and data analysis.
• →Train production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA).
• Experience with metrology, inspection techniques, and quality tools.

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with Minitab or other statistical analysis software
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
