Quality Engineer - Montague Area

• →Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• →Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
• →Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into product design and manufacturing.
• →Manage and maintain quality documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSBB) are a plus.

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Knowledge of advanced product quality planning (APQP) and production part approval process (PPAP).
• Familiarity with Minitab or other statistical analysis tools.
