Quality Technician - East Lansing Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in East Lansing that are seeking skilled Quality Technicians. • →Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• →Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming materials and products.
• →Calibrate and maintain inspection, measuring, and test equipment.
• →Document quality control activities and maintain accurate records.
• →Assist in the development and revision of quality procedures and work instructions.
• →Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• →Train production personnel on quality standards and inspection techniques.

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications (GD&T).

• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
