Quality Technician - Grand Haven Area

• →Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
• →Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality non-conformances.
• →Maintain and calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
• →Document and report quality data, including defects, trends, and corrective actions.
• →Assist in the development and revision of quality control plans and work instructions.
• →Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• →Train production personnel on quality procedures and best practices.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Proficient in using various inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions (CAPA).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
