Quoting Specialist - Plainwell Area

We are partnering with organizations in Plainwell that are seeking Quoting Specialists. • →Prepare accurate and timely quotes for manufactured products.
• →Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production to gather necessary information for quotes.
• →Analyze blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements to determine material and labor costs.

• →Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure orders.

• 2+ years experience in a quoting or estimating role within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate cost calculations.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and customers.
