Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
- →Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
- →Optimize maintenance procedures and recommend design improvements for equipment reliability.
- →Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and potential failure modes.
- →Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve asset uptime and reduce costs.
- →Manage and update criticality assessments for manufacturing assets.
- →Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for reliability and maintenance.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMECA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions to improve asset reliability.
- Experience with FMEAs, RCAs, and other reliability tools.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- CMRP certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
