Reliability Engineer - Otsego Area

• →Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime and reduce maintenance costs.
• →Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for chronic and catastrophic equipment failures.
• →Utilize predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography) to identify potential failures.
• →Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules based on equipment criticality and failure modes.
• →Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure reliability is built into new equipment and processes.
• →Analyze equipment performance data and maintenance records to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• →Implement and manage a robust Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).
• →Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance technicians on reliability best practices.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python) for reliability data analysis.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for tracking maintenance activities and asset performance.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
