Reliability Engineer - Paw Paw Area

• →Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• →Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
• →Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
• →Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability risks.
• →Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve asset lifecycle.
• →Lead continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.
• →Manage critical spare parts inventory and obsolescence.
• →Provide technical expertise on failure modes and corrective actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of reliability principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis).
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).

• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python for data analysis).
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
