Shop Manager - Cadillac Area

• →Manage and mentor shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• →Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

• →Coordinate maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• →Monitor inventory levels and manage raw material procurement.
• →Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
• →Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to resolve production issues.

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory or management role
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Experience with production scheduling and resource allocation
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES)

• Additional certifications or training
