Shop Manager - Whitehall Area

• →Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation.
• →Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
• →Manage and mentor shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• →Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• →Collaborate with supply chain and engineering to resolve production issues.
• →Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols
• Experience with inventory management and production scheduling
• Proficiency in using shop management software or similar systems

• Additional certifications or training
