• →Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

• →Utilize advanced statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (AI, ML, IoT) in a manufacturing context.
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) or other continuous improvement methodologies beyond Black Belt (e.g., Master Black Belt, Shainin Red X).
• Strong track record of mentoring and coaching Green Belts and other team members.
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS JMP) for complex data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects with significant financial impact.
