• →Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• →Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project execution.
• →Utilize advanced statistical analysis tools and techniques to identify root causes of defects and variation, and validate improvement solutions.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of sustainable solutions.
• →Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools to build organizational capability.
• →Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables, reporting out to stakeholders.
• →Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making across the manufacturing site.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated experience leading at least 5 complex Six Sigma projects with documented results.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and project teams.

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical software (e.g., R, Python) for data analysis and modeling beyond standard Minitab functions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
