• →Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from initiation to closure, delivering significant financial savings and process improvements.
• →Mentor and coach Green Belts and other project team members in Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• →Develop and implement robust data collection strategies and perform advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes and validate solutions.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

• →Report project progress, results, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• →Train and certify employees in Six Sigma principles and tools, building internal capability and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (AI, ML, IoT) in a manufacturing context.
• Lean-Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, LeSS Practitioner).
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching Green Belts or other junior practitioners.
• Experience with advanced statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python with statistical libraries).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
