Supply Chain Manager - Otsego Area

• →Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.

• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire supply chain.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or other advanced planning systems
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) certification
