Test Engineer - East Lansing Area

We are partnering with organizations in East Lansing that are seeking Test Engineers. • →Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• →Design and build test fixtures and automated test equipment (ATE).
• →Analyze test data to identify root causes of failures and propose solutions.
• →Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure testability and quality.
• →Document test procedures, results, and defect reports accurately.
• →Perform calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
• →Implement and maintain quality control procedures within the testing process.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test systems and equipment (e.g., LabVIEW, Python).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques for quality improvement.
• Experience with various testing methodologies, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.
