Test Engineer - Grand Rapids Area

• →Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• →Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and automated test equipment.
• →Collaborate with design and production teams to identify and resolve product and process defects.
• →Analyze test data, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• →Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• →Conduct root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test systems using languages like Python, LabVIEW, or C#.
• Strong understanding of data acquisition, analysis, and statistical process control (SPC) for manufacturing test data.
• Experience with various test methodologies and equipment, including functional, in-circuit, and environmental testing.

• Experience with Python scripting for test automation.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• ISTQB Certification.
• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
