Test Engineer - Wayland Area

• →Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• →Design and build test fixtures and automated test equipment.
• →Analyze test data and generate reports on product performance and manufacturing quality.
• →Collaborate with design and production teams to identify and resolve product and process defects.
• →Perform root cause analysis on failed tests and production issues.
• →Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• →Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test systems using scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW) and test executive software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and industry test standards.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) for test result interpretation and process improvement.

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for test automation.
• Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
• Certifications in quality assurance (e.g., ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
