Tool Maker - Fremont Area

• →Design and build new tooling, dies, fixtures, and gauges.
• →Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on existing tooling.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related production issues.
• →Operate a variety of machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDMs.
• →Interpret blueprints, schematics, and 3D models to create precision components.
• →Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tool performance and design.

• Completion of a recognized Tool & Die apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in precision machining and tool making.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Skilled in operating manual and CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDMs.
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and application.
• Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations related to tool design and fabrication.
