Training Manager / Coordinator - Byron Center Area

We are partnering with organizations in Byron Center that are seeking Training Manager / Coordinators. • →Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• →Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.
• →Maintain accurate training records and track employee certifications.

• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
