Training Manager / Coordinator - Holt Area

• →Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• →Coordinate external training providers and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• →Manage the learning management system (LMS) for tracking employee training records.
• →Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• →Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.
• →Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
