Training Manager / Coordinator - Wayland Area

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Wayland seeking experienced Training Manager / Coordinators. • →Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.

• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
