Training Manager / Coordinator - Zeeland Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Zeeland that are seeking skilled Training Manager / Coordinators. • →Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• →Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.

• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs for diverse audiences (e.g., shop floor, supervisors, engineers).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
