Welding Engineer - Fremont Area

• →Develop and qualify welding procedures specifications (WPS) and welding data sheets.
• →Provide technical support and guidance on welding processes, materials, and equipment.

• AWS Certified Welding Engineer (CWEng) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in various welding techniques (e.g., GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW) and their application to different materials.
• Strong understanding of NDT methods, weld quality control, and relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, API).

• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
• Experience with robotic welding systems and automation.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture design and analysis.
• Project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of advanced welding processes such as laser welding or friction stir welding.
