Concierge - The Bristol Bol

We are seeking a professional, proactive, and guest-focused Concierge to join the pre-opening team at The Bristol Bol. This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing personalised assistance, and ensuring that every guest’s stay is seamless and memorable.

• →Provide personalised assistance and services to guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• →Handle guest requests, reservations, transportation, and local recommendations with professionalism and attention to detail.
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, restaurants, and service providers to ensure exclusive and high-quality experiences for guests.
• →Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• →Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service and satisfaction.
• →Maintain accurate records of guest requests, reservations, and preferences.
• →Support pre-opening activities, including training, SOP implementation, and operational readiness.
• →Stay up to date with local attractions, events, and cultural offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• →Uphold the hotel’s luxury brand standards, policies, and procedures at all times.

• Proven experience as a Concierge or Guest Relations Associate in luxury hospitality.
• Experience with international luxury brands is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of local area, attractions, and services.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and a Balkan language is required; additional languages are a plus.
