Waiter / Waitress - The Bristol Bol

We are seeking skilled food & beverage professionals for our Restaurant, Lounge, Pool and In-room Dining operations in the pre-opening team of The Bristol Bol. In this role, you will support the F&B Team in serving and assisting guests and ensuring that the highest possible standards are maintained at all times. The candidate should be customer oriented, have a can do attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

• →Ensure that all guests are greeted in a warm and courteous fashion and tended to in a professional manner.
• →Represent The Bristol Hotels & Resorts’ passion for customer service, proactively ensuring each guest has the memorable experience expected at The Bristol Bol.
• →To always be familiar with product offerings (i.e. the menu, specials and ingredients, beverages on offer, wine list, etc.).
• →Familiarize yourself with sales and promotional activity and upsell at every possible opportunity.
• →Ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the company standards of presentation / service.
• →Carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with company policy.
• →Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• A real understanding of hotel food and beverage operations.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a 4/5* property.
• A structured and organized approach to work planning.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
