We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven On-Site Leasing Manager to lead all facets of the leasing operation at one of our premier New York City properties. In this role, you will build and inspire a high-performing leasing team — recruiting, training, and coaching leasing specialists to consistently deliver an exceptional resident experience from first contact through lease execution. You will serve as the driving force behind occupancy performance, deploying targeted strategies to attract and convert prospective residents while fostering lasting tenant relationships that support retention.

• →Develop and implement leasing strategies and initiatives to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
• →Establish leasing targets and objectives and monitor progress regularly.
• →Oversee the leasing team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• →Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective advertising and promotional campaigns to attract potential tenants.
• →Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
• →Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• →Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing concerns, and ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
• →Monitor market conditions and assist in adjustments accordingly.
• →Collaborate with property managers to ensure timely unit turnover and prepare units for new tenants.
• →Develop and maintain a database of prospective tenants and maintain accurate records of leasing activities.
• →Provide regular detailed reports and updates to the executive team regarding leasing performance, market trends, and forecasts.
• →Stay informed about changes in local and state laws and regulations related to leasing and rental properties.
• →Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand professional network and stay updated on industry best practices.
