Able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Manage inventory, control costs, and contribute to the overall success of the bar.

Develop and curate an exceptional cocktail menu that complements MR PORTER's brand identity.

Leadership skills to inspire a team of talented bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.

Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, other staff members, and management.

Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained at all times.
