Responsibilities

- →Project Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient engagement projects. Ensure projects are designed to meet the diverse needs of our patient population and deliver measurable outcomes
- →Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with patient/participant communities, study teams and other stakeholders; facilitating collaboration toward the Foundation’s goals
- →Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to patient engagement activities. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- →Policy and Procedure Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of organizational policies and procedures related to patient engagement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
~3 min read- Relevant experience in patient engagement or adjacent/relevant field
- Relevant experience developing and executing engagement strategies and plans that support business objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate collaboration with key opinion leaders and valued external partners, including those in patient/participant communities
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, patient-centered care, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Ability to translate scientific and study concepts into compelling, accessible storytelling and promotional materials
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Travel expectation – 10%
Compensation & Benefits
Individual compensation for this role is dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, skillsets, and applicable laws. In addition to salary, the Foundation offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
