Responsibilities

→Provide compassionate, evidence-based hematology/oncology care to adult patients.
→Collaborate with local clinic teams, APPs, and nursing staff to deliver seamless patient experiences.
→Participate in tumor boards, clinical trials, and TOI quality initiatives.
→Adapt quickly to varying clinic workflows while maintaining TOI’s high standards of care.
→Support mentorship and training within local teams when assigned.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
Active or eligible licensure in one or more of TOI’s service states (CA, NV, AZ, OR, FL).
Minimum of 1-year post-fellowship experience preferred, but not required.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary, value-based environments.
Willingness to travel and work at multiple TOI locations.
