Registered Nurse – Med Surg - Full-Time | PRN

The Staff Pad is partnering with a Russellville Hospital in Russellville, AL to hire a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment, making a meaningful impact every day while collaborating with a dedicated team committed to exceptional patient outcomes. Schedule: Full-Time | PRN | Days | Nights What You’ll Do As a Med Surg RN, you will: Deliver direct, safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Develop, implement and update individualized care plans Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and positive outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Uphold hospital safety, quality, and infection control, policies and standards What We’re Looking For Active RN license in the state of Alabama Minimum of 3 months of nursing experience (Acute care experience preferred) Strong critical-thinking skills and clinical judgment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to thrive in a dynamic hospital setting If you're a dedicated RN passionate about delivering exceptional patient care looking to join a supportive, collaborative team where you can expand your acute care experience, make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes, and take the next step in your nursing career.
