Registered Nurse - Med Surg - (PRN | Nights)

The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier healthcare organization in Blue Ridge, GA, to hire a compassionate, skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) committed to delivering excellent patient care and supporting a strong team culture, for the Surgical Unit. As an RN you will plan, coordinate, and evaluate individualized patient care while collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, high-quality treatment. Shift Options: PRN | Nights What You’ll Do Deliver quality patient care and assess patient needs Monitor conditions and respond to changes Collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate critical updates Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans Maintain accurate patient documentation Promote a safe and organized care environment Support and mentor nursing staff as needed including LPNs, CNAs, and new nursing staff Maintain licensure, professional standards and required certifications Perform Patient Care Technician and Unit Coordinator functions as needed Perform additional unit support duties as required Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and service excellence practices What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ASN, or BSN) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia Current CPR certification; ACLS and PALS preferred At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred Additional Requirements Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, and patient-centered care Collaborative, professional, & adaptable with commitment to safety and accountability & growth If you're a passionate RN dedicated to exceptional patient care looking to join a collaborative, patient-focused team where your expertise is valued and your work makes a meaningful impact every day, we encourage you to apply today!
