The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading logistics and warehousing organization to hire a Warehouse Handler in Aspen, Colorado. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory is received, stored, and shipped accurately—helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Organize and store inventory to maximize space and accessibility Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs safely Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices Preferred: Forklift certification Previous warehouse or logistics experience Familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanners Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking Strong communication and teamwork skills Key Skills Attention to detail and accuracy Physical stamina and safe material handling Equipment operation and safety awareness Team collaboration and communication Time management and efficiency Work Environment & Schedule Warehouse setting with active equipment and moving materials Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift Shift Schedule: Full-time (typically 40 hours/week) Shifts may vary based on operational needs (day, early morning, or evening shifts) Occasional overtime may be required Why This Role This is a great opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented environment where your work directly impacts daily operations and customer satisfaction.
