Other12 Month Residency

The 12-Month Residency is a paid program designed for formally-trained ministry students who are eager to develop the personal and professional skills which will help them thrive in the church workplace for the long run.

Residents will apply for an area of ministry where they will spend the bulk of their time apprenticing with church staff. Along with hands-on ministry training, residents will also experience personal and leadership coaching, as well as ongoing biblical training as needed.

Now accepting applications for the Fall 2025 Cohort

Have completed an equivalent of the Bible and Ministry Internship or neared the completion of a college degree in a ministry or ministry-adjacent field

Have personal integrity in all areas of life

Demonstrate giftedness for their area of ministry interest

Demonstrate readiness for serving in a professional environment

Have a willingness to champion Third City’s vision, mission, and core values as expressed in our staff handbook
