Senior Production Supervisor, Encapsulation

As the Senior Production Supervisor, Encapsulation, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring our encapsulation operations run safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. You'll lead and support a team of production leads and operators, helping them succeed through coaching, training, and development while fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

In this role, you'll oversee daily production activities, ensure the team has the people, equipment, and materials needed to meet production goals, and maintain compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and company standards. You'll partner closely with leaders across departments to keep operations running smoothly and continuously improve processes, quality, and team performance.
