Thuma’s Retail and Cafe Teams are welcoming applications for our SoHo location. We are looking for talented individuals who are interested in being considered for future retail and barista positions at Thuma. Act as a Thuma Brand Ambassador

Create a warm, inviting atmosphere, fostering customer relationships

Deliver and maintain an outstanding level of customer service at all times

Maintain the flagship’s visual identity within brand guidelines

Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge and be naturally obsessed with the details

Work purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met

This job requires availability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional holidays

This job requires the ability to work in-person at the Thuma Flagship in NYC

A proven record in delivering excellent customer service

Keen attention to detail

A proactive and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative
